i'm sooooo excited about it though, there are going to be a rediculous number of totallt pointless photos (as in.. look its an american tree!!! etc... never been to america before you see)

Chapter 1The bright July sun shined happily down on her, causing the pond beside her to sparkle and dance. Kerry didn’t notice the shimmering water or feel the burning heat of the sun.Chapter 1
Organ music flowed out of the open church doors but still she couldn’t force herself to go in. slowly she left the pond behind and made it through the church gates onto the gravel path.
If I can make it to that tree then I’m basically there… or maybe I can just listen from there. That might be better she thought. So she stepped onto the grass and went to the tree, the sight of someone else at there stopped her in her tracks.

Prologue The only boy she had ever wanted for the past three years was dead. He was lying in the road in front of her, twisted and bleeding. She could hear the car driver speaking to her in a scared tone but she didn’t know what he was saying. It was as though nothing could penetrate through the numbness in her head, even when she looked at him she didn’t see him. All she could see was Jamie walking towards her then the car speeding round the corner and suddenly he was on the road, not moving, not answering her screams. Kerry didn’t know how long it was before the paramedics arrived and were moving her from Jamie’s side. At some point hePrologue
